"Very nice tour, the captain is amazing. I advise to avoid eating (or have a light) breakfast as there will be quite a lot to eat for lunch. And all traditional cuisine! Beware of wasps if you are allergic, otherwise just ignore them and they will ignore you. Relax and enjoy the tour." - Alessandro P., Belgium

Spend a memorable day with Captain Yiorgis, the reincarnation of 'Zorba the Greek' , either on a private or semi-private boat trip from Kissamos.
Departing in the morning from Ravdoucha port with his 9 meter boat, weather permitting, Captain YIorgis will take you to the exotic Balos lagoon where you will stay until 12pm for swimming and relaxation, with departure just before the arrival of the crowds.
Next destination: the Spatha peninsula and the 'hidden' secluded beaches of Agios Pavlos and Aspri Limni in Spatha (not to be confused with the beaches with similar names on the island!) for swimming in beautiful coves which are protected by the strong seasonal summer winds.
Around 4pm you will reach the secluded Amygdalia bay where your lunch will be served, slow-cooked in a traditional wood oven. Your host will treat you with a variety of Cretan and Greek delicacies, to be enjoyed either on board or on the beach which is equipped with a private set up of umbrellas and sun-beds.
For the rest of the day you will relax, swim, snorkel, canoe, kayak and enjoy the sea and sun at Amygdalia bay. Just before sunset, your host will treat you with traditional Greek desserts and -of course- more wine and raki! After sunset, you will embark onboard for your return to Ravdoucha.
Throughout the day you will be offered delicious, traditional Cretan snacks and nibbles, fresh seasonal fruit and ample chilled wine, water, local raki or honey raki to seal this day with the best of what the Cretan hospitality has to offer.
