CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are subject to the following cancellation charges depending on the date of cancellation:
a) 21 days before the Tour Package start date, the amount of 40 Euro per person shall be charged for organizational and telecommunication expenses.
b) 20-14 days before the Tour Package start date, 50% of the Tour Package Price shall be charged per person and
c) less than 14 days before the Tour Package start date, the total amount of the Tour Package Price shall be charged per person.
In case of no-show, the total amount of the Tour Package Price shall be charged per person.
It is noted that the aforementioned cancellation fees shall under any circumstances limit the Company’s right to claim any further compensation for any direct or indirect damages suffered due to the cancellation (including any loss of profit and costs/expenses of any nature).
