Activity Description
During this family friendly tour, kids play and learn through interactive games and role play in the Ancient Agora with a licensed educator/tour guide. With role play at the Temple of Hephaestus children understand the architecture and use of the temple. Later on, children comprehend the concepts of tyranny and democracy in Ancient Athens with a visit at the Tholos, the Ancient Parliament of Athens. By exploring important monuments and spots, children experience the every day life of an ancient Athenian and discover more mythical creatures, ancient Greek toys and every day objects of interest at the Odeon of Agryppa, the museum of Ancient Agora and the Stoa of Attalos. Last but not least, children experience an ancient Athenian trial through interactive gaming/role-play and end their fun tour with drawings to take back home!
