We once heard the saying 'the cheaper the sweeter' (or something like that!) - that is SO true! We are committed to help you make the most of your holiday at the best possible price.
We make sure that prices:
- are frequently updated
- are the best prices available online
- include all relevant taxes
No exceptions, no tricks!
So what if you find a lower price?
So, what if you find a lower price for the same activity by the same vendor, at the same currency, online or at your destination?
We know, that's really frustrating - and because we're heart and soul committed to help you have the best holiday, hear this: If you let us know that you have found a lower price within 3 days from your purchase or while you are at your destination that the vendor directly cut you a better deal, then we will refund the price difference. Oh, yes!
How can I claim a refund?
All we need is a screen shot, a copy or print out of the lower rate sent to email@example.com.
If you find a lower rate for the same activity, offered on the same date and priced in the same currency as your original purchase, on any other website within 3 days following your confirmed reservation theTravelPorter, we will refund the difference.
If you find a lower price offered by the vendor directly upon arrival at your destination, for the same tour or activity, offered on the same date and the same currency as your original purchase (EUR), theTravelPorter will refund the difference.
Don't forget to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking confirmation and proof (receipt, price list, flyer, web address or web screen shot, etc.) of the lower price.
theTravelPorter reserves the right to verify details of the lower price where possible. All refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of theTravelPorter.
Refunds of the price difference will be processed to the credit card used for the original booking and you can only claim your refund once.
