100% refund up to 72 hours prior to tour/workshop, except processing fees (Paypal/credit card). Less than 72 to 24 hours prior to tour, 50% cancellation fee of total tour cost except processing fees (Paypal/credit card). No refund less than 24 hours prior to tour/workshop.  In case of light rain, tours take place normally. 100% refund if the tour/workshop is cancelled by the host, including processing fees.
